I've been running since I joined the Army. I'm 6'2" and flux between 218-225 lbs. I started wearing these shoes at 235 lbs. I have a normal arch. I wear a size 13. Due to my size, a strong sole and great cushioning with superior support are necessary to mitigate the risk of injury to my knees, ankles and to prevent shin splints.
